About the Founder

The idea for Fertile Goddess came to founder Stacia Wells as she watched her female friends and relatives in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s undertake amazing endeavors in every facet of their lives. Brave women leaving the corporate world to start their own businesses or find new careers. Adventurous women pursuing their interests with passion and grace. Nurturing women raising children and fulfilling their dreams as mothers.

In every instance, these women were creating, giving and receiving ABUNDANCE. From her days studying archaeology, Stacia knew that in many ancient cultures, abundance was synonymous with fertility. Fertility was about so much more than just the ability to bear children. Today, women have so many opportunities to create abundance, enrich their own lives and be fertile at every age!

As Stacia waited for motherhood to arrive, she wanted to focus on other ways to enrich her life. The idea that fertility is a state of mind so resonated with Stacia that she built an entire company around it. Fertile Goddess active wear clothing celebrates the fertile goddess in each of us.

Stacia Wells had a 10 year career in advertising and marketing for companies like Disney Interactive and Patagonia before leaving corporate life to do strategic planning work for environmental non-profit organizations. Fertile Goddess was born from Stacia’s experience in apparel and her desire to create something inspirational for women.

Stacia currently creates abundance every day for herself, her husband and their two dogs, Maverick and Ripley from their home in Los Angeles, CA.
